Have you thought about how you would like to feed your baby? Your OBGYN has probably asked you this question, but never had the time to work through your answer with you. After birth, your body goes through a series of physical changes in order to feed baby. Whether you know you want to breastfeed no matter what, you are willing to give it a try and see how it goes, you want to pump and bottle feed, you want to formula feed, or do a mixture of the two; no matter your decision, I am here to support you. I am here to help you talk through your options, educate you on what to expect from these options and create a plan that works best for you so you know what to do when baby arrives. I want to help you feel confident knowing the decisions you made are the best ones for you. 90min private session - $150
