Hungry Baby Healthcare is committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based lactation support in a structured and professional manner. The following policies are in place to ensure clarity, privacy, and a positive experience for all families. Please review these policies prior to scheduling services or enrolling in membership.

PRIVACY POLICY

BOOKING

Hungry Baby Healthcare respects your privacy and protects your personal health information in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

 

HIPAA-compliant platforms, including Google Workspace and Wix secure hosting, are used for communication, documentation, and record keeping.

 

Personal information collected through forms or consultations is used solely for the purpose of providing lactation services and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

 

If paying via Venmo, please avoid including identifying health information in payment descriptions, as Venmo is not HIPAA compliant.

 

If you have questions regarding privacy practices, please contact us directly.

Information provided during consultations, on this website, or through educational materials is intended for informational and supportive purposes only.

 

Lactation services do not replace pediatric or medical care.

 

For urgent medical concerns, please contact your pediatric provider or seek emergency services.

INSURANCE

Hungry Baby Healthcare is currently a self-pay practice.

Upon request, a superbill can be provided for possible insurance reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan.

Clients are responsible for verifying benefits and submitting claims independently.

Appointments must be scheduled through the website booking system or by direct communication.

Once booked, you will receive confirmation and any required intake forms.

 

Please ensure all required forms are completed prior to your appointment to allow for a productive session.

 

Hungry Baby Healthcare reserves the right to reschedule appointments if intake documentation is incomplete.

PAYMENTS

All services are self-pay.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Accepted payment methods may include:​

  • Square Up (Via Wix)

  • Venmo (please do not include identifying health information in payment notes)

Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis.

Refunds are not provided for completed services.

DISCLAIMER

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

 

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

No-shows may be charged the full appointment fee.

If an emergency arises, please communicate as soon as possible.

 

Membership cancellations require at least 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
